Heinz Has Launched A Christmas Dinner In A Tin & We’re Not Sure How To Feel

Didn’t feel up to cooking this year? Apparently, Heinz feels the same – launching a Christmas Dinner Big Soup in a tin just in time for the festive season.

I know what you’re thinking. Sacrilege, right? But apparently, it’s only us that thinks so – as the new tins have actually been selling out on launch day. Absolutely bloody bonkers, eh?

Sold in a standard 400g sized tin which includes two servings, the Christmas treat is packed with turkey, stuffing, chunky potatoes, brussels sprouts and even pigs in blankets – all sitting in a gravy-like soup that Heinz promises is ‘big-time flavour’ and ‘for no-nonsense seasonal satisfaction’.

Naturally, as Yorkshire folk, we have to remain slightly dubious about the seasonal offering, however, people have been going so mad for the stuff that Heinz has had to implement a four can limit on all orders of the Christmas Dinner Big Soup, with the brand new tin available for purchase on their Heinz to Home website.

The best part about the new product? Heinz has also introduced a Christmas gift box option that can be added for just £1, meaning you can now gift your favourite soup lover with the perfect present.

Each tin costs £1.50, and you can get yours here – however, you’ll need to keep your eyes peeled on a restock since they’re completely sold out.

The soup is accompanied by a number of quirky items in the official Heinz Christmas Shop including ketchup gifts sets, Heinz Beans baubles and personalised tins of beans, which we’re positive will make corkers of Secret Santa gifts this year. Check out the Christmas shop here.
