We’re pretty used to the wild creations fast-food chains tend to come up with these days, but this one… This one really crosses a line. In fact, it can only be described as sacrilege.
Taking the classic Sunday Roast and putting it on top of their classic pizza base, home delivery customers can now enjoy what some may consider the best of both worlds, for as little as £13.99 as part of a brand new range.
Consisting of a red wine gravy base and topped with roast beef, sage and onion stuffing, roast potatoes and red onions, the pizza contains all the key elements that make a proper good roast – bar the Yorkshire pudding, of course.
The controversial is one of two new additions to the menu, joining the Spanish Chicken and Chorizo pizza – which sounds far less offensive, if you ask us. Also joining the menu are Italian-style cheese and tomato bites, as well as Ben & Jerry’s salted caramel cookie dough bites.
Amelia Riba, chief brand officer for Pizza Hut UK, said: “We wanted to offer something for all occasions, by showcasing the best of British as well as offering a taste of abroad.
“We hope the new pizzas, side and dessert offer something for everyone, and that customers get to try our incredible new Roast Dinner pizza offering!”
The new products are available at over 700 stores nationwide, and you can order it online now.
