Pizza Pilgrims, a renowned London restaurant chain, has opened in the vibrant city of Leeds. Bringing an incredible taste of Naples to the city, the new establishment will find its home on Boar Lane, nestled in the heart of Leeds’ bustling city centre.
The new pizzeria looks exactly like a little Italian village, and Pizza Pilgrims is celebrated for its delectable Neapolitan-style pizzas, known for their irresistible chewy and soft crusts. These mouthwatering pizzas boast thick bases adorned with trendy and enticing toppings. And is the perfect place to hide out if you fancy a bit of pizza and a taste of summer.

One must-try combination is the ‘Nduja, a fiery Calabrian sausage, harmoniously paired with a simple marinara sauce. Alternatively, indulge in Salsiccia e friarielli, a delightful blend of fennel sausage and a special brassica leaf, or savor a calzone filled with prosciutto cotto, ricotta, mushrooms, and fior di latte.

Founder James Elliot said: “I am so excited to be opening a pizzeria in Leeds. My first job in pizza was 15-years-ago at an Italian restaurant called Salvo’s in Headingley while at uni and it’s great to be back.
“We’re creating a really fun space that will transport people to a holiday in the south of Italy. Pizza is all about fun and so we are excited to be building our most fun pizzeria yet.”
