This Must-Visit Yorkshire Coast Food & Drink Festival Is Coming Next Month

Spring is here! And with it comes sunshine, fresh blooms, and a renewed motivation to get out and about. There’s a lovely buzz in the air, and as the warmer weather arrives, so do Yorkshire’s fantastic festivals—from food and drink celebrations to music events.

One vibrant new festival is set to make its debut on the Yorkshire Coast next month. The Scarborough Food & Drink Festival is a brand-new event offering mouth-watering food and refreshing drinks. Taking place on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th April, from 10am to 6pm at Scarborough Open Air Theatre, it’s shaping up to be the place to be this spring.

What to Expect at Scarborough Food & Drink Festival 2025

This festival will feature a huge variety of food stalls, serving everything from gourmet pies and spicy chicken to wood-fired pizzas and noodle dishes. Feeling extra hungry? You can even take on a footlong kebab. With flavours from Greece, Germany, Mexico, India, Asia, Portugal, and the Caribbean, your taste buds are in for a global adventure.

If you’ve got a sweet tooth, don’t worry—they’ve got you covered. Expect crêpes, crumbles, flapjacks, brownies, and an array of bakery and patisserie delights. One thing’s for sure—you won’t be going home hungry!

Drinks-wise, you can wash it all down with beers, ciders, flavoured rum, vodka, and locally produced gins and liqueurs—basically, any spirit you can think of! There’s even a tipi bar where you can relax and enjoy live music.

Once you’ve eaten your fill, you can take home some treats from the independent food producer stalls.

Family-friendly fun is also on the agenda, with O’Briens fairground rides ensuring something for everyone at Scarborough Food & Drink Festival 2025.
