Get ready, Hull, because the marina’s about to get an upgrade. Following the acquisition of Manchester-born Solita, Hull-born Shoot The Bull is set to bring the much-loved burger joint to Hull city centre, snapping up a prime spot on the marina.

Known for their stacked, American-style burgers, the restaurant has already seen huge success across Manchester, with three sites across the city and its popular suburbs before Shoot The Bull’s acquisition. Now, the restaurant chain is making waves in Yorkshire with sites in York, Beverley, Leeds and Hull Marina.

Opened back in June, Solita Bar & Grill is the best place to go for a bottomless brunch. The brunch offers up to 15 cocktails to choose from as well as five food options that includes their amazing fried chicken. You can enjoy 90 minutes of bottomless drinks such as Pornstar Martinis, prosecco and beer.

The brand new spot brings the company back to its roots where it initially began as a food truck, and offers up incredible views of the marina.

While the Hull restaurant is ready and raring to go, there have been no further updates about the future of Solita Leeds, with many of Shoot The Bull’s restaurants and trucks currently not operating as a result of the pandemic.

Shoot The Bull have grown an umbrella company housing a number of much-loved restaurant brands, including The Old House and Shoot The Bull, Solita.
