For those unfamiliar with the famous Irish takeaway favourite, a spice bag is the ultimate comfort food. Think crispy salt-and-pepper chicken tossed with chippy-style fries, all shaken together with peppers and onions to create that perfect salty, spicy, addictive flavour. And just when you think it can’t get any better, it’s finished with a generous drizzle of Irish curry sauce.
The portions are huge, the chips are proper old-school chippy chips, and the flavour is unreal. It’s already become one of our standout favourites at the market this year. Brought to you by Miller’s chippies, a York fan favourite, the carby treat has gone down an absolute storm and was definitely a hit at the Xmas markets for The Yorkshireman.
