Looking to celebrate Yorkshire Day tomorrow in style? Then we have an event for you! It’s common knowledge that we invented the greatest food ever in the form of the Yorkshire pudding. So, you can’t celebrate our day without them.
And, this spot in Yorkshire is doing just that. You can enjoy a Yorkshire pudding competition along with a range of other activities.
Richmond Town Council have organised the fantastic event with a range of Yorkshire-themed activites including a flat cap race, Yorkshire pud and spoon race, and with t’whippet race.
The giant Yorkshire pudding contest will be held at Richmond at 12noon under the clock tower with the Yorkshire puddings shared afterwards.
So, if you think you can make the biggest and best Yorkshire puddings then get to Richmond, North Yorkshire for a Yorkshire Day like no other.
