Yorkshire is quite the popular choice for the silver screen. And, with big-budget movies choosing it as a location we have to say, it looks great. Netflix sequel Enola Holmes 2 took over Hull’s Old Town last autumn and a new trailer has just been released.
The first instalment of Enola Holmes was met with great praise as Millie Bobbie Brown star of Stranger Things added another string in her bow in what looks to be an illustrious career.
Last month, the first teaser for the Sherlock Holmes off-shoot was released and now you can enjoy Millie Bobbie Brown and Henry Cavill in Netflix sequel.

Hull is looking slick on the silver screen making for a fantastic Victorian London backdrop of the industrial era. The streets of the old town are almost unrecognisable and fit in seamlessly. We can’t wait to check out the release when it is dropped in a few weeks on Netflix.
In the trailer, we can see Sherlock (Henry Cavill) and Enola working together to solve another mystery. Is back as her mother to guide her through the second instalment of the Enola Holmes franchise. It promises chases, glamour and some great fighting sequences.
Enola Holmes is not the only show heading to the East Yorkshire city to film. Producers were been granted permission to shoot scenes for The Crown across three days in Hull, East Yorkshire in late October on Alfred Gelder Street and Queen Victoria Square in the city centre.
Enola Holmes will be available to stream on Netflix from today 4th November 2022.
