Fans have been on the edge of their seats waiting for Amanda Owen news, and finally, it’s time to get excited about her latest endeavor.
Following the cancellation of Our Yorkshire Farm, the highly successful Channel 5 show that starred the entire Owen clan, Amanda is set to go on the road again – this time with her new tour, Celebrating The Seasons with The Yorkshire Shepherdess.
The new tour comes as her first show, Adventures of The Yorkshire Shepherdess, comes to a close.
The official show description reads: “In this warm-hearted and informative show, Yorkshire Shepherdess Amanda Owen shares memorable moments and charming stories from her remarkable farming, family life in North Yorkshire.
“It’s a life that has almost gone in today’s modern world, one ruled by animals and the four seasons.”
Fans can expect Amanda to spill various secrets from Ravenseat Farm, while taking the audience through her journey from Huddersfield, to leaving town life behind for one of the most remote places in England.
Amanda will also showcase her photography from the farm, which will lift the lid on what life in the Dales is like all-year round.
Amanda is also set to detail her family life, too, discussing how she’s juggled life as a mother of nine with her farming work.
The show description adds: “Warm, witty and filled with unforgettable characters, Celebrating the Seasons will delight anyone who has dreamt of a new life in the country and enjoyed following Amanda’s story so far.”
Fans will recognise the name of the show already from one of Amanda’s most recent books, which shared tidbits from the farm alongside some of Amanda’s favourite seasonal recipes.
