It’s that time of the year again when Channel 5 take us, viewers, to the beautiful Cannon Hall Farm near Barnsley for a brand new series of Winter On The Farm with Helen Skelton and the gang.
The new series starts this week on Channel 5 and will be on at 8pm Presenter Helen Skelton and Jules Hudson will join brothers farmers and Rob and Dave Nicholson. It will be a four-part series that follows the Nicholson Family as they run Cannon Farm near Barnsley, South Yorkshire.

The gang will be on our screens Monday through to Thursday at 8pm where we’ll follow them as they deal with a range of farming situations.

We can also look forward to All Creatures Great and Small Christmas special after a riveting fourth season.
Looks like we’ll be getting a double dose of the Darrowby gang over the festive period as Channel 5 are set to host the crossover we never knew we needed. All Creatures Great and Small and The Yorkshire Vet are set to meet in a one-off special, which is now our most highly anticipated watch of the festive season.
It’s putting its too most popular shows together for a an hour-long special which will see cast members from both shows meet in a celebration of all things James Herriot and The Yorkshire Vet. The Yorkshire Vet, known for following Peter Wright, Julian Norton and the rest of the gang launched back in 2015 and quickly became a firm favourite with a huge loyal following.
