You’ve probably heard of puppy yoga by now – the new fitness trend designed to help yogis relax even further with the presence of puppies – but you probably haven’t heard of baby goat yoga until now.
Launching at Ings Park Alpacas in North Cave, East Yorkshire, the fun new fitness class will see an array of adorable goats let loose as part of the session, where the inquisitive creatures will be able to play and interact with guests.

Lasting 90 minutes and run by Hull-based Sakura Yoga, guests will be instruced on various yoga poses throughout, making it part-class, part animal experience.
In addition to *actually* taking part in yoga, guests will also get plenty of opportunities to cuddle and play with the baby goats, who live on the farm alongside alpacas, sheep, horses, pigs and their grown-up counterparts.

The baby goats were born just this spring so are only a few months old, and all of the goats live full-time at the farm – which offers family-friendly petting experiences for everyone to enjoy.
The friendly goats love getting human visitors, so we’re sure they’ll be absolutely loving their new baby goat yoga sessions.

In addition to goat yoga, Ings Park Alpacas also offers fantastic alpaca treks around the farm, where guests can walk their own alpaca, before feeding and meeting the other animals cared for there, too.
