If you thought great tunes and food is what makes a festival great then you’ve not experienced an alpaca festival! Don’t miss out on Ings Park Alpaca’s second festival next month – where you can party with these fluffy creatures.
Set in the idyllic village of North Cave in East Yorkshire on the family’s 12-acre estate, Alpaca Fest aims to raise awareness of alpacas with fun walks with the small, but growing herd of alpacas. Visitors are requested to park at North Cave Carboot
Natalie Boddy and her family opened Ings Park Alpacas a few years ago and aim to tie in the festival with UK National Alpaca Farm Day. There will be a gin bar and live music in the evening and the event takes place from 10am until 4pm on Saturday, August 31st.

As well as the cute alpacas, there”ll be stalls, food and drink vendors, activities and, most notably, the alpacas that enjoy a starring role at Ings Park.
Speaking about the event they said: “Our annual Alpaca Fest returns on Saturday 31st August (4th year in a row)!! We’re so excited! The last hoorah before the new school term starts.”

“From alpaca walks, live music, food vans, stalls, to a gin bar, there will be plenty of music and time for photos.”
“As well as being a fun social event, the day will also be a great networking event. We are so excited and we’ve got some really fantastic businesses involved. Everyone is welcome to come down and enjoy the day with us,” Hull Live reported of the festival last year.

You can purchase entry on the day at the gate for just £2 for kids and £3 for adults, and parking is free. If you’d like to find out more visit their Facebook page or to visit their website click here.
