Johnny Vegas’ Field Of Dreams Glamping Site Shuts After Struggles To Cope With Yorkshire Weather

Johnny Vegas’ drunken purchase which kickstarted his Yorkshire Glamping experience proved popular with the British public, but after setting up in God’s Own Country the Field Of Dreams Glamping site has had to close after the vintage vehicles purchased by the comedian “struggle to cope” with the weather.

Channel 4 has commissioned a second series of the popular TV series which documented Vegas’ dream of creating a vintage vehicle glamping spot as you’ve never seen.

Designed by Vegas and his assistant Bev, the site received positive reviews on the whole but it seems some guests didn’t have the same luxury as some of the vehicles started leaking according to Louise Pullan who runs the farm where the vehicles are located in Nidderdale.

Louise said that the vintage vehicle’s weren’t “geared up” from the feather at Break Fold Farm with is found 300m above sea level which is ofter whipped with wind and rain.

Some might say a leaky tent is what you expect on a camping trip, but when you’re expecting a lovely glamping experience wet bedding and seating is the last unexpected thing that you need.

The second series of Johnny Vegas’ Channel 4 show will therefore revolve around locating a new home for Patricia his Maltese Bus and the other glamping vehicles and hopefully more hilarious carry on as the previous.
