Not wanting to jinx it but we’ve had four days straight of sun, and we are absolutely loving it! And one thing that goes nicely with this warm sunshine is an ice cold glass of something refreshing (of the alcohol variety, of course). Providing just that in time for the last few weeks of summer is Leeds based North Brewing Co, with a brand new fruity blend for us Yorkshire folk to try.

Announcing their new collaboration today, the brewery has described their new brew as a ‘Triple Fruited treatment’ that is ‘super thick and slurpy, bouncy soft peach aroma and gulpable peach texture, smacks of cherry and pangs of tartness all finished with a balanced sweetness’. In an Instagram post today, North Brewing Co. wrote: “The result is a bold 7% triple fruited sour made with extra pale malt, wheat, oats, lactose, peach and both sweet + sour cherries.”

Teaming up with Barcelona-based Naparnier, the breweries have done a mash up of two recipes: North Brewing Co’s ‘Triple Fruited Gose’ and Naparbier’s ‘Rise Up’. Both brewers will brew using the same recipe in different countries and the exciting new collaboration will be released next week online this Wednesday, so make sure you get yours.
As well as stocking the new brew online, the beer will also be available at:
- Alfred Bar, Meanwood
- Further North, Chapel Allerton
- Preston Bar, Roundhay
- North Brewing Co Tap, Sovereign St
- North Bar, New Briggate
- North Bar Social, Otley
- North Bar, Harrogate
The brand new brew arrives just weeks after North Brewing Co created a beer that celebrated Leeds United finally making it back to the Premiership after over a decade of perseverance. So while you are putting this new beer of theirs in your basket why not add a few Leeds tinnies as well. To find out more click here.
