North Brewing Co Has Launched A Cherry & Peach Beer Perfect For Summer

Not wanting to jinx it but we’ve had four days straight of sun, and we are absolutely loving it! And one thing that goes nicely with this warm sunshine is an ice cold glass of something refreshing (of the alcohol variety, of course). Providing just that in time for the last few weeks of summer is Leeds based North Brewing Co, with a brand new fruity blend for us Yorkshire folk to try.

Announcing their new collaboration today, the brewery has described their new brew as a ‘Triple Fruited treatment’ that is ‘super thick and slurpy, bouncy soft peach aroma and gulpable peach texture, smacks of cherry and pangs of tartness all finished with a balanced sweetness’. In an Instagram post today, North Brewing Co. wrote: “The result is a bold 7% triple fruited sour made with extra pale malt, wheat, oats, lactose, peach and both sweet + sour cherries.”

Teaming up with Barcelona-based Naparnier, the breweries have done a mash up of two recipes: North Brewing Co’s ‘Triple Fruited Gose’ and Naparbier’s ‘Rise Up’. Both brewers will brew using the same recipe in different countries and the exciting new collaboration will be released next week online this Wednesday, so make sure you get yours.

THE TIME HAS COME! 🙌 It's time to release to you, your latest Triple Fruited treatment! North Brewing Co x Naparbier : Triple Fruited x Rise Up This is our first collaboration with another brewery in a very long time! Just before lockdown we were set to travel to Barcelona for a string of tap takeovers, meet the brewers and to brew with our friends in Pamplona, @naparbier . That didnt quite go to plan and after a few weeks of getting used to a new way of running the brewery, we decided to take a look at how we could still collaborate on a beer and remain as true to the spirit as possible. 🤜💥🤛 The idea is this: a mash up of two recipes. Our 'Triple Fruited Gose' recipe and Naparbier's 'Rise Up' recipe. The result is a bold 7% triple fruited sour made with extra pale malt, wheat, oats, lactose, peach and both sweet + sour cherries. ⚡️🍑🍒⚡️ However, rather than a one off brew at each others houses, both breweries have brewed the same recipe at their own breweries for a duel release! Not only that but each of our designers collaborated to create responses to eachothers art works. 🎨 It doesnt stop there! Next week, 20/08/2020 at 19:30 (GMT) we'll be joining Jamie from Naparbier on Instagram for an online tasting to compare the two beers, talk about our brews and answer any questions you guys have got! 📡 📺 🎙 👅💦 Super thick and slurpy, bouncy soft peach aroma and gulpable peach texture, smacks of cherry and pangs of tartness all finished with a balanced sweetness! 👫 👭👬👫 Our version of the collab will be available this Wednesday from 12PM along with a selection of other treats from Naparbier!
