Fancy being scared out of your skin whilst trying to escape from The Butchering? This new Halloween escape room in Leeds has all the gore, so you best have a strong stomach.
If you’re of a sensitive disposition then you may be advised to try a different escape room at The Escapologist which is found in the White Rose shopping centre.
Witches and wizards, do you think you have what it takes to escape from detention at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry? Then you’ll love the new escape room that has made its way to Leeds. You’ll have to clear your name in order to get out of this Harry Potter-themed escape room.
The room is suitable for two to five players and you have a maximum of one hour to complete – if you can last the hour that is. The experience will set you back from £42.50 for two-player to £86.50 for five.
If you need something to settle your nerves after the escape room you can enjoy expertly crafted cocktails from The Escapologist’s on-site bar along with soft drinks.
Steven Foster, centre director at White Rose Shopping Centre, said: “The Escapologist offers a fun and immersive day activity for lovers of mystery and puzzles, and its new room is ideal for those that enjoy a fright. It’s the perfect addition to the centre in the run up to Halloween – best enjoyed before or after a spooky film at Cineworld, or a pumpkin-themed dish at one of our restaurants, such as Friday’s or Prezzo.”
Ellie McClaren, co-founder and CEO at The Escapologist escape rooms, added: “In a world of uncertainty and often dismal outlook, The Escapologist provides an escape from the every day to the extraordinary.”
Dismembered, Hanging, Bloodless and Butchered are all the order of the day at this spooky room. With that in mind, the room has an age range of 15 years and over.
