You heard it right, the two culinary pioneers coming together in a Christmas clash of cultures. With God’s Own Country’s fluffy clouds of heaven placed on an Italian sourdough pizza with classic Sunday roast extras that you’d expect.
Franco Manca, famed for its sourdough pizza, Christmas menu is available today which includes an incredible traditional roast pizza. The pizza includes a roast topside of beer pizza topped with tenderstem broccoli, mozzarella, taleggio cheese and a Yorkshire pudding, all on a potato base, complete with a drizzle of gravy.
We headed down to try it today and it was bloody good. So good we’ve already planned a return visit just to be sure After all, it’s always great to be thorough, especially with Christmas grub.
That’s not all. We all know Brussels sprouts are a must over the Xmas period and this Porchetta Pizza features sprouts, mozzarella, Colston Bassett Stilton, a Yorkshire pudding and finished with gravy. And a veggie option which features a butternut squash cream base with wilted spinach, halloumi cheese, mozzarella, pomegranate, toasted hazelnuts and a balsamic glaze.
You’ve also got warm gravy to dip your crusts in along with a Horseradish dip and sweet apple sauce dip all three are standard with a Sunday roast.
You can wash any of these tasty mains with these new desserts including Caramel Pecan Cheesecake, Homemade Tiramisu and Italian Affogato.

That’s right, we’ve put Yorkshire pudding on a pizza. Whether you’re going for the beef, the pork or the veggie option, we can guarantee you’ve never experienced pizza quite like this before!”
The Christmas menu will be available from today November 15th to December 24th.
