A Huge Lego-Themed Festival Is Coming To Yorkshire This Weekend

A couple of weeks into the school holidays and running out of things to do? Well, there is an amazing event taking place in Hull, East Yorkshire, that will have your little ones in awe.

Some of the UK’s master Lego builders will be showcasing wonderful builds, from huge castles and palaces to cars, places, and more. There is even a full-sized Second World War Jeep.

The Hull Brickfest 2025 is in its seventh year and has built up quite an interest. It’s taking place in the city centre at Guildhall this weekend (3rd August) and will feature some amazing Lego creations built by experts.

Hull Brickfest 2021

Founded in 2018, the Hull Brick Festival is a celebration of the beloved toy enjoyed by all ages. The festival features Lego creations by expert artists from across the country, alongside entertaining activities for children. Past highlights have included a giant fairground and a recreation of The Simpsons.

This year’s festival promises even more excitement with speed-building competitions, minifigure hunts, and a dedicated building area. There will be traders selling loose bricks, retired Lego sets, minifigures, and rare themed items.
