Incredible Sunday Roast alert! Our friends down at the Northern Monk Refectory in Leeds are playing host to history with this new Sunday Roast special. You can enjoy traditional poutine with a Sunday Roast in Yorkshire pudding courtesy of Spuds & Bros Poutine.

Their special Spud-Day roast includes classic poutine with is chips gravy and cheese served inside a Yorkshire pud with roast beef, veggies and topped off with crispy onions and chives. We’ve drooling at the thought.

There is also a veggie option which includes traditional poutine, veggie roast “beef/ “chicken” + veggies topped with crispy onion with chives and topped off with beautiful homemade gravy.
If that didn’t sound amazing enough, you can get a Poutine bomb instead of the traditional poutine, which is a giant mashed potato ball filled with bacon, chorizo, chives, cheddar and breadcrumbs and then deep-fried.
The Veggie Poutine Bomb bomb is much the same but with a giant mashed potato ball with mushroom, halloumi, chives cheddar, breadcrumbs.

It will set you back just £10 for this amazing roast that is available every Sunday from 12pm to 8pm. All of that can be swilled down with some of the Yorkshire-based, Northern Monks finest beers – sounds like a perfect Sunday to us!
The Spud & Bros team shared the news via Facebook saying: “Since we are in Yorkshire, we thought we best combine our love for the Yorkshire Pudding and our Poudine. Introducing…
