The old pub is nestled in the Shibden Valley and was converted from a corn and spinning mill on 1890 meaning you can expect such great old-fashoined charm that you just can’t get bored of.
But, what about the food at Shibden Mill?
You can expect to absolute pub classics on the menu including the Estrella-battered haddock, pie of the day, and a 10oz Salt aged sirloin. On top of that, they also do a six course tasting menu. Also on the menu is some of the posh stuff such as Roe deer loin, Chalk stream trout fillet, and Black truffle gnocchi to name a few. Vegan? Don’t worry they have a whole menu of delights, just for you as well – what a treat.
