We love a bit of opulence here at The Yorkshireman, so the news of a new lavish bar at Hirst’s Yard with a £500k makeover is music to our ears. The End in Leeds is the bussin’ new place that you’re going to want to visit over the festive period.
Housed in a historic building in the popular Hirst’s Yard it promises lush interiors over two floors. The modern industrial feel includes velvet-covered booths and railway carriage-style seats.

But it’s not just fancy furnishings that will get the punters flocking to The End in Leeds City Centre, they have a large dancefloor for you to cut some shapes throughout your weekend.
The resident DJ for The End will be blasting out funk, soul, nu-disco, funky house and old-school classics and a whole host of cocktails, champagne, spirits and draught beers.

The intimate venue seats 86 people but are able to house 450. So make sure you get there early if you’re wanting to get a seat. We can’t wait to see what bevvies they have on offer.
Dale Castell, event promoter, said: “Our mission is to create a trendy drinking space with top quality entertainment and a warm welcoming atmosphere. We’re super excited for everyone to see what we’ve done with the place and cannot wait to open at the end of November, just in time for the busy Christmas period.”
