Pie, glorious pie. It’s a staple of every Yorkshireman’s palate, giving us all the hearty, homely feels that Yorkshire cuisine has become known for. And while it’s difficult to make pie even better than it already is, there is one thing that levels up the dish from top tier, to heavenly. And that thing is bottomless booze.
Bringing back their fantastic Bottomless Brunch event, Pieminister is offering Leeds and Sheffield customers the chance to stuff their faces on a menu of tasty brunch pies, alongside bottomless prosecco, cocktails and beers. Sounds like a Yorkshireman’s dream.
Costing just £20pp for 90 minutes of unlimited pies and drinks, the menu consists of four pie variations – including their Morning Glory; with sausage, bacon, cheesy bechamel and a baked egg, the Sunny Pie Up; with red onion, rosemary veggie sausages, bechamel and a baked egg, the Vegan Banger; with red onion, rosemary veggie sausages, bechamel and vegan cheese, and the Bangin’ Bean Skillet; with smoky baked beans, halloumi and an egg.
For the drinks, guests can expect prosecco, Pieminister’s own Pie P.A. beer, Mimosas and Aperol Spritz, with a reduced price of just £9.95 for those not feeling too boozy.
Available at limited restaurants only, the Bottomless Brunch can be enjoyed at both the Leeds Duncan Street restaurant and the Sheffield Division Street restaurant, with bookings open now from 5th June onwards.
The event takes place every Saturday, and you can book your table here.
Pieminister has become well known for its proper British pies since its 2003 inception, with 16 venues now operating in the UK.
Their main menu aims to provide a pie for everyone, with a number of meaty, vegan and gluten-free options available to order.
