SakkuSamba, a unique fusion restaurant concept blending Japanese and Brazilian flavors, is open in Bradford city centre at The Broadway shopping centre and is one experience that you need to add to your bucket list.
The immersive dining experience, a creation of Estabulo, will feature an all-you-can-eat grill that includes Brazilian grilled meats and sushi, as well as noodle dishes, bao buns, and Brazil’s popular cut of beef, pichana.
On weekends, customers can enjoy Samba dancers and DJ sets, with a selfie box available for photos. At SakkuSamba, customers will have the convenience of ordering food via tablets, granting them complete control over their dining experience.

This innovative approach adds to the restaurant’s modern appeal. While the fusion of Japanese and Brazilian cuisine might seem unconventional, it finds its roots in Brazil’s significant Japanese population, the largest outside of Japan.

Estabulo’s plans for a Bradford chain were initially announced in early 2020, but the pandemic caused delays. The overwhelming success of the SakkuSamba concept in Manchester prompted adjustments to the Bradford restaurant plans.

Developed by the team behind Estabulo Rodizio and Sakku, both established in Leeds, the new restaurant seamlessly merges the all-you-can-eat sushi and steak offerings of both establishments.
Sakku, known for its unlimited sushi, currently operates solely in Leeds, while Estabulo Rodizio has a presence in various cities across the country.
