The Shambles Kitchen spin-off is a Mexican food fantasy, filled with local meats marinated and slow-cooked to produce the tastiest burritos and tacos this side of the River Ouse. The slow’n’low approach to cooking along with the homemade marinades, pickles and sauces produce some of the most succulent, juiciest and moist meats that melt in your mouth.

The menu includes burritos which can be filled with smoked pork and beef shin barbacoa cooked for 6 hours and filled with a choice of rice, black beans, salsa Verda, zingy slaw, guacamole and more. We love a taco and Smokehouse Burritos, are corn tacos filled with either smoked pork, or beef shin and served with coriander, lime, onion and salsa.

But, don’t worry! They’ve not forgotten about you vegans with all this meat chat. You can enjoy jackfruit al pastor braised in achiote.
The street food stall is an offshoot of the famous Shambles Kitchen, which is one of the best sandwich shops in the whole of Yorkshire serving up deep-filled sandwiches of some of the same slow-cooked goodness that will have you coming back from more.
