It’s back! The popular coaster bus that travels between Yorkshire Coast seaside towns of Bridlington, Filey and Scarborough stopping at villages in between.
The Coaster services will run uptown three times an hour between march and November allowing great access to Yorkshire’s best beach side towns.
The East Yorkshire Coasters have a high spec with features such as wi-fi (so you can share your snaps to your fave social channels), USB chargers, and next stop announcements.
Travellers will be able to take advantage of Coaster tickets which allow unlimited travel on the East Yorkshire’s Coaster services.
Speaking about the return of the buses, Stuart Fillingham, East Yorkshire’s Head of Commercial, said: “It’s great to see the return of our Summer Coaster services.
“The Yorkshire coast is a popular holiday destination with loads of fun activities and locations to visit, so we’re looking forward to a great season of helping people enjoy the very best of this wonderful region.”
The open-top Beachcombver service will also begin at the beginning of April. Tickets for both can be purchased either in person or at a discount via the East Yorkshire Buss app.
The app cost for an adult day coaster is £11.60 allowing one accompanying child under 16 to travel for free, which is great for families heading for a day out.
Additional tickets for children cost £5.50 and families who are travelling multiple times over a seven day period can benefit from the Family 7 Day ticket in the app for only £62.
Day tickets for additional children can be purchased for £5.50. Alternatively, families who are travelling multiple times over seven days may benefit from the Family 7 Day ticket available on the app only for £62.
The Coaster services are perfect for those staying at Primrose Valley Holiday Village, Blue Dolphin Holiday Village, Reighton Sands Holiday Village, Cayton Bay Holiday Village, Crow’s Nest Holiday Village, and Flower of May Holiday Village – let us take the stress of driving and parking away for your 2023 summer holiday.
