‘Our Farm Next Door’ With Amanda Owen & Family Has Been Renewed For 2 More Series

Adventures at Anty John’s are set to continue, as Channel 4 has officially announced that the Owen’s family hit TV show, Our Farm Next Door, is set to return for two more series.

The beloved show, which follows the family’s previous hit, Our Yorkshire Farm, follows the Owen family as they renovate their new, formerly abandoned Swaledale barn known as Anty John’s. All members of the family feature, with the renovation taking centre stage against the backdrop of the beautiful Yorkshire Dales.

Over the past two series, fans of the show have gotten a front-row seat at the completion of Anty John‘s exterior, and now, in series 3 and 4, fans can expect to finally get a glimpse inside and watch as the work progresses.

Amanda and co are set to undertake a huge interiors project, taking the barn from bare stone to their new family home.

The new series will also lift the veil on their day-to-day farming duties at nearby Ravenseat as the family of 11 juggles the two.

Amanda Owen said: “I am beyond delighted that we have been given the opportunity to showcase this unique and beautiful part of our British countryside and for people to join us on our exciting journey through the restoration of our farm next door.

“We’re grateful for Channel 4’s support and the effort and utter dedication of the film crew who have had to work in challenging weather conditions, coupled with the unimaginable chaos of both children and animals. This is a programme that I am seriously proud of.”

Wise Owl series producer James Knight said: “Watching the 11-strong Owen family pulling together to transform this wonderful old barn has been an incredible ride so far. We’re so thrilled we’ll be there to cover the next chapter.

“As work begins inside to turn its four walls into a home, Amanda will be digging deeper into Anty John’s eye-opening back story, and we’re looking forward to spending more glorious days at both Ravenseat and Anty John’s.”

No release date has been announced for series 3; however, the first series originally aired in October 2024, shortly followed by series 2 in April, so we could expect it as soon as this Autumn. Here’s hoping!
