This Yorkshire Brewery Is Selling Pints For Just £1.29 To Celebrate Yorkshire Day

For those of you out there that didn’t know, tomorrow is Yorkshire Day and to celebrate one of Yorkshire’s best breweries is rolling back its prices all the way back to the 90s,

That’s right! You will be able to get a pint of Black Sheep for only £1.29 to celebrate 30 years since they opened their doors back in 1992.

The pint that started it all Best Bitter is going to be served at its original 90s price at the flagship pubs of Black Sheep. Black Sheep is now seen as one of the best beers in Yorkshire.

Five Yorkshire pubs will be hitting customers with one of the most nostalgic feelings ever – change from a tenner when getting a round in.

Yorkshire men with deep pockets and short arms will be sprinting to get the rounds in for Yorkshire Day. We might just stay in the pub all day to take advantage of £1.29 pints.

Pubs that are included in the promotion are Foley’s Tap House in Leeds, Black Sheep Tap & Kitchen in Chapel Allerton, Last Drop Inn and Three Legged Mare in York city centre and, of course, Black Sheep Visitors Centre in Masham.

Charlene Lyons, CEO of Black Sheep Brewery, said: “These events are two of the biggest in our calendar – Yorkshire Day and our 30th birthday – so it felt only right that we mark the occasions the best way we know how!

“We’re incredibly proud of our Yorkshire heritage, so we can’t wait to join our customers in raising a pint to God’s Own Country this Yorkshire Day. And while we’re at it, we hope our customers will also raise a glass with us to celebrate our 30th birthday.”
