We can’t be the only ones that had a secret love of Busted back in the early 00s (not so secret in our case. With massive pop tunes, the band were everywhere and couldn’t put out a bad song.
Well, it’s been announced that Busted are officially back and they’ve got new songs to go along with a massive UK tour.
The three-piece massive hits included Year 3000, Air Hostess, What I Go To School For and were very much inspired by the pop punk bands coming over from the US like Blink 182, Green Day and Sum 41.
It has been over 20 years since the band’s debut in the UK and now Charlie Simpson, James Bourne and Matt Willis are back and they have something very special planned,
Eagled-eyed fans knew the band had something planned as they official Busted social media pages updated their banners to include the date March 23.
As today is the day they announced their huge 15-date UK arena tour starting in September with Yorkshire shows in both Bridlington Spa (September 12th) and Leeds First Direct Arena (September 17th) announced.

And the trio will be blasting out some of their hits such as Air Hostess, Crashed The Wedding, 3AM and more. With almost a million monthly streams on Spotify the band are still very relevant it seems so we imagine these tickets will soon sell out.
The tour will see with support from the likes of Mmmbop stars Hanson and New Hope Club.
And, if you thought they’d spoilt you enough the band are preparing to release no fewer than 15 songs, which will be reworks of some of their most iconic songs which they will perform alongside some major bands from the pop punk scene.
The first release is Loser Kid from their debut album and it will ht the airwaves on April 14th featuring guest appearance from band Simple Plan
